


Brian graduated from Hofstra University with a BA in Athletic Training. He is currently employed at St. Charles Hospital and serves as the Rehab Liaison for the sports medicine program and Athletic Trainer for Suffolk Community College.

Brian also currently serves as the head Athletic Trainer for the semi-professional LI Rough Riders both men's and women's soccer program.
​
He has had the pleasure to work closely with many athletes at the collegiate JUCO and D1 level as well as professional including the MLS. Brian has a strong interest in manual therapy along with injury prevention. The passion to help others created the start of Manual Aspect to deliver the highest level of care across all platforms, blending the rehab meets performance training model. Encompassing the best innovative recovery protocols, speed, strength and sport specific programs all under one roof.

James earned his Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Hofstra University. In 2016, he completed an internship with the New York Mets, where he worked in assisting with day-to-day operations. During this time, he treated professional athletes, gained valuable insight into training regimens, recovery protocols, and collaborated with an experienced team of medical professionals.

James joined St. Charles Hospital in December 2020 as a staff Athletic Trainer for the outpatient rehabilitation network, while also providing Athletic Training services for Suffolk Community College's athletic teams.

As a former semi-professional athlete turned coach and now a certified Athletic Trainer, James has dedicated his life to sports and injury management, His passion for athletics and commitment to supporting athletes' health and performance continues to drive his career.
